Voisedial Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, adding credit, or using Voisedial in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Voisedial is a browser-based communication platform that enables users to make audio calls to landline and mobile phone numbers. The service does not support video calls or calls between Voisedial users. Voisedial operates using a credit-based billing model, with rates depending on call destination.
3. Pay-As-You-Go Billing
Voisedial is not subscription-based. You add credit to your account balance and pay only for the calls you make.

- All payments are final and non-refundable unless required by law.
- Credit does not expire but may be cleared if your account remains inactive for over 12 months.
4. Account and Security
To use Voisedial, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and current information and to maintain the security of your login credentials.
You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Voisedial platform. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Using the service for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
- Sending spam or unsolicited calls
- Harassing or impersonating others
- Attempting to bypass usage restrictions or payment systems
- Using bots or automated systems to interact with Voisedial
Accounts in violation of these rules may be suspended or terminated without notice.
6. Service Availability
Voisedial is provided “as-is” and “as-available.” While we aim for high availability and call quality, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Call quality may vary depending on network conditions, location, and hardware.
7. Emergency Services
Voisedial does not support calls to emergency numbers such as 911, 112, or 999. The Service is not a replacement for a traditional phone line. You must maintain access to an alternative method for emergency calling.
8. Intellectual Property
All branding, design, features, and original content on Voisedial are the property of Voisedial and its licensors. They are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the service without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
Voisedial is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, service interruptions, or unauthorized access.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you’ve paid to Voisedial in the past 12 months.
10. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. If we make significant changes, we’ll notify you by updating this page and the effective date. Continued use of Voisedial after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Termination
You may stop using Voisedial at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, especially if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. Unused credit may be forfeited if your account is closed due to a violation.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any legal action related to the Service must be filed in the courts located within that jurisdiction.
